Vietnamese participants/presenters: 1,000,000 VND (Gala dinner: 500,000 VND/per; others: 500,000 VND)

(The other fees include admission to all scientific sessions, the presentation of 1 paper in the conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, and lunches, social events)

    The Vietnam-Korea Symposium on Power Electronics – The 2026 Spring workshop on Power Electronics and Applications (VKSPE–SWPEA 2026) is co-organized by the Korean Institution of Power Electronics (KIPE), Nha Trang University (NTU), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), HCMC University of Technology (HCMUT),  HCMC University of industry and Trade (HUIT) and Vietnam Power Electronics Community (VPEC). The VKSPE–SWPEA 2026 is one of the major events highlighting Vietnam–Korea cooperation.

  We cordially invite you to join the symposium and contribute your research papers for advancing the fields of power electronics. Beyond a premier forum to present and discuss state-of-the-art research across related areas, the event also offers a meaningful opportunity to strengthen collaboration and friendship among our communities.

Submitted papers must be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period.

Authors have two submission options:

1. Full paper (for publication):

• Manuscript length: up to 10 pages.
• Format: HUIT Journal of Science (HUIT Journal) template, in English.
• Accepted and presented papers will be published in the HUIT Journal of Science (ISSN: 3030-413X / 3030-4113).
• The HUIT Journal of Science has been recognized by the State Council for Professorship of Vietnam with a 0.75 point rating.

1. Extended abstract (for presentation only):

• Length: 2 pages.
• Intended for participants who wish to present their work without journal publication.

Each paper must be presented by at least one author at the workshop.
All submissions must be made through the VKSPE – SWPEA 2026 submission system.
